The Role:

  • We're looking for a driven, resourceful BDR based in LATAM to expand our footprint across U.S. manufacturing accounts.
  • Focus on identifying real applications, not just booking meetings, and qualify whether there's a meaningful opportunity.
  • Work remotely but align with U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central time overlap).

What You'll Do:

  • Map decision-makers (Quality/Engineering owners) and craft tailored outreach based on inspection challenges.
  • Lead with curiosity to uncover real blockers like cost, downtime, or false positives.
  • Keep HubSpot clean with consistent data and detailed notes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior outbound sales experience (BDR, SDR, or equivalent) with strong phone skills and outbound instincts.
  • High curiosity, willingness to learn technical concepts, and ability to think critically about opportunity fit.
  • Fluent professional English and based in LATAM with ability to work U.S. hours consistently.
