Position Summary:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of payroll bureau clients licensing EarnIn Payroll.
- Own full lifecycle from configuration through data migration, training, and go-live support.
What You'll Do:
- Configure platform to meet bureau business rules and manage data migration with accuracy.
- Deliver training and documentation, and serve as primary point of contact for implementations.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years payroll/HCM experience with full-cycle implementation and strong project management.
- Expertise in payroll data structures, tax compliance, and data migration.
