What You Will Do:

  • Build and run a structured weekly operating cadence that produces reliable pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, including formalized pipeline reviews with deal inspection frameworks and documented coaching outputs.
  • Coach enterprise sellers on competencies like multi-threaded selling across clinical, IT, and financial stakeholders, champion development, and gain-share deal mechanics.
  • Own performance management end to end, with clear frameworks for identifying under performers and exceptional performers.

Who You Are:

  • You have 8+ years in enterprise healthcare sales, including at least 3+ years in frontline sales management where you directly managed individual sellers.
  • You can coach complex, multi-threaded health system deals with high ACVs and long cycles, navigating multiple stakeholders across clinical, IT, finance, and procurement.
  • You hold sellers accountable on pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy without micromanaging, and you are comfortable building from scratch.
