About the Role:

- Focused on empowering accountant partners and financial advisors, driving adoption, and growing shared success across the Gusto ecosystem.
- Opportunities focused on acquiring new partnerships and nurturing long-term relationships.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover partner needs and align Gusto’s solutions to their business goals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve the partner experience.
- Empower Partners
Here’s what we're looking for:
- Experience working with accountants, financial advisors, payroll, HR tech, or financial services.
- Skilled in consultative, relationship-based sales and value-driven conversations.
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in payroll, HCM, SaaS, or HR tech with a focus on accounting firms or financial advisors.
