About the Role:
- You'll be part of Wolt's Support team, assisting customers, couriers, and merchants across multiple countries.
- Work shifts including weekends and holidays, with 24/7 operations.
Day-to-Day:
- Handle inquiries via live chat, phone, and email support.
- Resolve escalations and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally.
- Use multiple tools and stay updated on processes.
