Duties:

  • Work with Business Development Directors to develop and implement growth strategies and sales prospecting plans
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with Sales Directors and direct reports
  • Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings using company CRM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Teams, LinkedIn, Salesforce etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Business Development role
  • Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and lead-generation tools
