Duties:
- Work with Business Development Directors to develop and implement growth strategies and sales prospecting plans
- Conduct weekly review meetings with Sales Directors and direct reports
- Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings using company CRM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Teams, LinkedIn, Salesforce etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Business Development role
- Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and lead-generation tools
