New Senior Provider Onboarding Associate, Medical

About the Role:

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for your assigned Medical providers - from signed offer through their first 30 days seeing patients.
• Build, own, and continuously improve onboarding materials and training - including live sessions and async content.
• Proactively identify friction in the onboarding process and fix what's breaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for providers, proactively answering questions and removing blockers.
• Drive urgency toward activation, using your judgment on when to push, when to support, and when to remove the roadblock yourself.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics across every system and team involved, becoming the connective tissue between teams.
