Advisory Solution Consultant – Federal Civilian / Healthcare - Veterans Administration

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Serve as a technical and domain expert on ServiceNow solutions across our entire suite of solutions supporting a federal healthcare–focused territory – the VA
• Lead discovery workshops to understand agency goals, uncover mission and operational challenges, and align ServiceNow capabilities to measurable outcomes
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and value stories that showcase ServiceNow’s differentiated impact across AI, automation, and workflow optimization

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, ideally within the Federal or Public Sector (working with the VA is a plus)
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform or equivalent experience with cloud-based workflow solutions
• Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Service, Product, Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services to deliver unified customer outcomes
