About the Role:
- Own partnership strategy and roadmap across Eleos' full partner portfolio.
- Build, formalize, and negotiate partnership agreements with commercial terms and attribution.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of partnership managers.
- Integrate existing team members and relationships into the new structure.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement Salesforce tracking and ROI measurement for partner-sourced pipeline.
- Serve as primary cross-functional connector between partnerships and other departments.
Success Metrics:
- In first 30 days: deliver comprehensive assessment of team and partnerships state.
- In first 90 days: execute against clear vision with performance expectations and early progress.
