**Role Overview:**
- Lead the partner program as a core revenue engine, reporting to the CRO.
- Build systems and playbooks for scaling partner operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own partner P&L and strategic partner relationships.
- Develop partner marketing menu and KPIs.
**Qualifications:**
- 2-5 years building channel or partner programs in GRC or cybersecurity.
- High agency, data-driven, with strong negotiation skills.
