In this entry-level role you will be responsible for responding to all inbound customer prospect requests in a timely manner and play a crucial role in filling our sales funnel. As a Sales Development Representative at Cohere, a typical day will include: Qualifying inbound leads & customer prospects through email and meetings, with the goal of booking demos for Account Executives, Guide clients to maximize Cohereβs success while collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Partnership, Getting to know the product, CRM, sales pipeline and understanding the lead qualification & sales process, Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams on inbound account-specific call and email campaigns to drive pipeline, and Being comfortable taking introductory customer calls and providing company overview.
