E-Commerce Recruiter

Role Overview:

• Recruit high-quality talent for fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce and digital businesses.
• Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring needs to offer closure.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Accountabilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies across digital commerce functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities, cultural fit, and commercial mindset.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business professionals for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce roles including E-Commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Product positions.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are an advantage.
