Responsibilities:

  • Define Employer Solutions pricing strategy to optimize revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Analyze market data and synthesize customer feedback to understand value drivers and competitive positioning.
  • Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures and lead internal enablement.
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure pricing strategy is scalable, advising on quoting tools and deal desk parameters.
  • Serve as a core thought partner for Sales and Customer Success leadership on deal structuring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations, or financial planning & analysis, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with forecasting and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual base salary range of $95,000 to $131,000, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
