Essential Functions:

  • Define ABM strategy and program architecture, including tiering, prioritization, governance, and measurement frameworks.
  • Establish target account processes in Salesforce, manage segmentation, and ensure activation across marketing platforms.
  • Create and run ABM operating rhythms, workflows, and multi-channel plays to drive engagement and pipeline.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3+ years in account-based marketing supporting pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing sales-aligned, multi-channel programs for named accounts or defined segments.
  • Experience with ABM platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation, and using data for performance insights and optimization.
