About the role:
- Engage with clients using a consultative approach to discover their challenges and provide potential solutions.
- Technical knowledge of the services and their impact on client infrastructure is critical.

Solution Architecture:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop strategic and technical sales opportunities.
- Use consultative techniques to conduct in-depth technical discovery with potential customers.
- Craft solutions for qualified opportunities and expand reach in key accounts.
Collaboration:
- Assist in developing technical solutions and packages to address customer needs.
- Support expansion in key accounts using our technical expertise.
- Coordinate with colleagues on customer solution proposal development.
