Role Scope:
- Focus on staffing PACE centers.
- Own direct-sourcing & full-lifecycle recruitment.
- Hire 50-100+ clinical staff over the next few years.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate communications and interview processes.
- Project manage the interview process from start to finish.
- Craft interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years in recruiting within clinical environments.
- Experience in direct-sourcing of clinical talent.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
