Digital Health Recruiter

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Patient Enrollment Specialists and related healthcare sales roles.
• Conduct high-signal phone and video screens focused on objection handling and persuasion skills.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, including time to hire and pipeline conversion rates.

Your Past Experience:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience hiring for healthcare or high-volume roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for performance-driven roles where success is measured by conversion.
• Comfortable working in a data-driven recruiting environment where hiring decisions are informed by performance metrics.
