Your Role:

  • Possess excellent knowledge of security assessment.
  • Driven to rapidly learn the newest technologies.
  • Provide support for Tenable’s entire product suite.

Your Opportunity:

  • Analyze vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events.
  • Ensure customer feedback is properly channeled into Product Management and Research & Development

What You'll Need:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Experience providing technical support to enterprise clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

And Ideally:

  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, Salesforce, Zendesk etc.)
  • Fundamental understanding of programming languages
  • Basic understanding of reviewing PCAPs with tools such as Wireshark
