About the Role:
- As the RVP of Channels & Alliances – Americas, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and performance of our partner ecosystem across the Americas.
- This role is critical to accelerating growth through partnerships with global and regional system integrators, technology alliances, and value-added resellers.
- You’ll drive joint business planning, partner enablement, and cross-functional alignment to scale our identity and access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the regional channels and alliances strategy to drive revenue, market expansion, and partner success.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
- Own partner performance: pipeline, enablement, co-selling, and revenue contribution.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in channels, alliances, or business development leadership roles within the enterprise software industry.
- Proven success leading partner strategy and execution in a high-growth or global SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the system integrator and reseller landscape in the Americas.
