Process Optimization & Automation:
- Lead deep dives into complex, cross-functional People Ops processes.
- Partner with People Tech, HRIS, and Product teams to implement automation solutions.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing for new process designs or automation workflows.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs, process guides, playbooks, and job aids.
- Own the centralized knowledge base ensuring content is accurate.
- Create and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and version control practices.
Continuous Improvement & Change Enablement:
- Establish process metrics, monitor performance, and recommend enhancements.
- Regularly audit processes and documentation for relevance, clarity, and accessibility.
- Support process rollouts with training materials, communication plans, and stakeholder guidance.
