Primary Function of Position:
- The Field Service Program Manager leads, develops, and implements key programs within US Field Service to deliver world-class service efficiently.
- They collaborate with Field Service leadership and internal teams to manage and continuously improve high-level program initiatives.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage the Field Service fleet vehicle program, including vehicle orders, maintenance, reporting, and compliance with fleet policy.
- Oversee the calibrated tools program, ensuring inventory control, tracking, and process improvements.
- Manage the tools program and the training and mentorship program, ensuring proper tooling and training schedules.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in Field Service, Quality, Post-Market, or technical ops.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to influence leaders, interpret data, and use analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python/R.
