Technical Recruiter

What you’ll do:

• Source and engage UK-based contract tech talent
• Screen and qualify candidates for fit, readiness, and availability
• Present candidates and manage them end-to-end through process and offer

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally within contract / freelance hiring
• Strong understanding of the UK contractor market
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality
