Digital Sales and Service Representative

What you’ll do:

• Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently on NICE CXOne platform, handling roughly 40 chats per shift.
• Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases on each interaction.
• Reply to incoming emails and proactively communicate with team members in a virtual environment.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma (or GED equivalent) and 2-3 years minimum customer service experience.
• Great typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and technical proficiency.
• Reliable internet connection and a private, dedicated workplace.
