What You'll Do:
- Lead AR/Credit training and onboarding.
- Oversee process documentation and training tools.
- Collaborate on metrics and cross-departmental projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent AR experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team-focused with leadership abilities.
What We Offer:
- Hourly pay $28.65-$43.27 based on location.
- Discretionary bonus up to 10%.
