About the Role:
- The Director owns the portfolio of ecosystem and strategic alliances, driving revenue through partnerships.
- This role leads a team of two and reports to the VP, Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the thesis, sequencing, and investment for each ecosystem and alliance.
- Design and run co-sell motion with Sales for joint pipeline.
- Manage marketplace placement, ISV economics, and partner agreements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years in partnerships with a track record of scaling tech alliances.
- Executive presence and operational rigor in Salesforce and Crossbeam.
- Commercial fluency with rev-share and marketplace terms.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $220k-$247k OTE with comprehensive benefits.
