Own the entire revenue organization including new business, client success, and account management, measured on new ARR and gross retention.
Build a simple, repeatable selling system with clear stages, standards, and playbooks to improve forecast accuracy and conversion.
Grow early-career reps through hands-on coaching, ramp programs, and enablement, while moving the team up-market into bigger deals.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience running a full revenue org, carrying a number, and going straight to funnel math when results are missed.
Demonstrated ability to build or overhaul a selling system and coach early-career reps into closers.
Strong understanding of unit economics, market judgment, and a willingness to leverage AI to reinvent revenue operations.
