Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experienced in developing, steering, and closing new Higher Education clients in areas like alumni relations and career services.
- Skilled at delivering demos of complex SaaS solutions and building proposals that align institutional needs.
- Collaborate with product and services teams to support the full portfolio and cross-sell for maximum value.
Business & Pipeline Development:
- Use market analysis and your network to create qualified leads through outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Execute targeted campaigns to uncover prospect needs and ensure all opportunities are accurately forecasted in Salesforce.
- Regularly research and build lists of key accounts and contacts to prospect and conduct discovery calls.
Industry & Domain:
- Work with the SVP of Sales to develop alliances in higher education and attend industry forums.
- Understand procurement regulations to manage contracting processes and maintain compelling client reference materials.
- Represent the portfolio from early selling stages through to proposal and close.
