Role Overview:

  • Act as the driving force behind Redox's relationships with valued Provider customers, fostering growth and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive new Provider sales opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to uncover expansion opportunities and guide them to fruition.
  • Exceptional prioritization, communication, and relationship-building skills required.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of Enterprise sales and account management in healthcare Provider space.
  • Proven track record of expanding customer accounts and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage and negotiate at an executive level.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $152,000 per year with OTE of $304,000 annually.
  • Total rewards package includes stock options, unlimited PTO, 16 weeks paid parental leave, 401k match, and medical/dental/vision.
  • 100% remote first culture with rest days and a 6-week paid sabbatical.
