About the Job:

  • Drive efficiency of global value transfer infrastructure as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Work with a detail-oriented team to solve technical problems and communicate directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep-dive into complex code and integrations to identify bugs and configuration issues.
  • Create alerts, monitors, and runbooks to catch issues before they escalate.
  • Provide incident management support for enterprise partners during critical issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a technical client-facing support engineering or software development role.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, websockets, and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Golang, or Rust; experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
