About The Role:
- Business Alignment: Serve as the primary, trusted advisor
- Org Design & Talent: Partner with leadership on headcount planning, structural design, and succession planning to ensure teams are optimized for scale. Offer solid knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements
- Performance & Development: Facilitate performance reviews, drive talent identification with managers, and guide the creation of IDPs to support long-term career growth and internal mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations (ER): Manage and resolve complex and sensitive ER issues while ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
- Compensation: Advise on compensation philosophy to ensure internal equity.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied, maintaining compliance with all local and federal labor regulations.
