Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, career sites, hiring events and referrals.
• Screen and evaluate talent, checking references and aligning motivations with business needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador.

Must Have:

• 1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces.
• Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms, such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Skills Critical for Success:

• Manages high-volume recruitment efficiently, tracks multiple requisitions, and meets deadlines.
• Maintains productivity in a condensed schedule and engages during agreed-upon hours.
• Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.
