Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily in-depth assessment/screening of all applicants
• Ensures strong implementation and application of different methods of interviewing during all in-depth interviews.
• Sourcing experience through different job boards LinkedIn recruiter, Zip recruiter, Indeed, Monster etc.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Positive attitude, optimism, and energy
