About You:
- You have 4+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a software or technology company.
- You’ve hired for sales professionals - especially Account Executives - in a SaaS environment OR you’ve hired across the full spectrum of Go-to-Market and Operations roles.
- You're already using AI in your work and you're eager to be a part of an AI-first company.
What you'll do:
- Manage full cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top candidates.
- Build deep partnerships with your hiring partners enabling you to serve as a trusted talent partner to the business.
- Meet or exceed high standards for candidate experience, facilitating a best-in-class, inclusive, and inspiring hiring process for candidates from all backgrounds
Additional information:
- Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time, and consistently make 2-4 hires/month for our GTM or Ops teams.
- Consistently leverage data and technology, including AI and automation tools, to drive improvement in hiring processes.
- Occasionally travel (about 5–10%) for company retreats.
