About the Role:
- You will be the first friendly voice new business partners meet in the fintech and cryptocurrency space.
- You will guide business owners through KYC, document collection, and approval.
What You'll Do:
- Act as main onboarding contact, explain requirements, and track cases to approval.
- Review submissions for accuracy and partner with compliance and sales teams.
