What You'll Own:
- The segment: number, team, process, and go-to-market strategy for teams and agents.
- Sales enablement: a structured, repeatable sales system including discovery, demo, and coaching.
- The funnel: stage definitions, conversion, forecasting, and a reliable scorecard.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in SaaS sales including leadership of a high-volume, short-cycle SMB motion.
- Experience building a system-driven sales motion from scratch, including enablement.
- Strong command of funnel economics, retention, and expansion.
