Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for fleet management and railcar maintenance services to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Drive new business and expand strategic accounts across railroads, lessors, shippers, and tank car owners.
- Lead account planning, solution selling, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations for long-term agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of sales leadership in rail, transportation, or industrial services.
- Strong understanding of North American freight rail industry and customer buying cycle; familiarity with AAR and FRA regulations preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large strategic accounts, multi-million-dollar revenue targets, and geographically distributed teams.
Work Environment:
- Remote position; approximately 40-60% travel throughout the United States.
- May work from home office or on-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon based on business needs.
