Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for fleet management and railcar maintenance services to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Drive new business and expand strategic accounts across railroads, lessors, shippers, and tank car owners.
  • Lead account planning, solution selling, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations for long-term agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of sales leadership in rail, transportation, or industrial services.
  • Strong understanding of North American freight rail industry and customer buying cycle; familiarity with AAR and FRA regulations preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large strategic accounts, multi-million-dollar revenue targets, and geographically distributed teams.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position; approximately 40-60% travel throughout the United States.
  • May work from home office or on-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon based on business needs.
