Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and support eDiscovery applications and their underlying infrastructure.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and route complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Assist in root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions for application support teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or similar engineering role.
- Intermediate knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, NUIX, and LAW.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, and networking.
