What You'll Do:
- Proactively source and engage sales candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Build targeted pipelines for sales and revenue-generating roles.
- Identify candidates with experience selling revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally focused on sales talent.
- Experience sourcing within healthcare technology or revenue cycle management.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
Ideal Background:
- Previously built pipelines for RCM sales, healthcare technology sales, or enterprise sales.
- Know where to find strong passive sales talent.
