Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales and key account strategies for the IBD portfolio.
  • Build, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing specialty sales and key accounts organization.
  • Drive launch excellence and post-launch commercial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, including 5+ years leading specialty sales or key accounts teams.
  • Demonstrated success launching specialty, immunology, gastroenterology, or biologic therapies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, compliance, and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and commercial analytics platforms.
