Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales and key account strategies for the IBD portfolio.
- Build, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing specialty sales and key accounts organization.
- Drive launch excellence and post-launch commercial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, including 5+ years leading specialty sales or key accounts teams.
- Demonstrated success launching specialty, immunology, gastroenterology, or biologic therapies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, compliance, and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and commercial analytics platforms.
