Senior Compensation Consultant

Role Overview:

• Serve as a senior compensation subject matter expert in a large-scale healthcare environment.
• Lead complex compensation initiatives involving job evaluation, market analysis, and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support incentive compensation programs including eligibility, scoring, and award calculations.
• Develop compensation processes within Workday Extend and support HR with Workday solutions.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field with 10 years of compensation experience.
• Strong analytical, consulting, and communication skills with experience in compensation program administration.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR technology platforms; CCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
