About the Role:
- We are seeking a Client Support Representative who will be the first line of support for our clients.
- This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience by handling incoming phone calls and support tickets.
- You will assist with daily operational reports and play a key role in identifying and escalating high-priority issues.
What You'll Do:
- Cover the inbound client support phone line during business hours and resolve common card operations problems.
- Handle first-level support requests including card issuance questions and transaction research.
- Maintain accurate client records and support logs across internal systems.
Requirements & Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years in a client-facing role within banking or fintech.
- Practical understanding of commercial card programs and familiarity with accounts payable workflows.
- Comfort on the phone and solid written communication skills for a business banking audience.
