About the Role:
- Own the full customer lifecycle for Ryan software customers.
- Build strong relationships and drive product adoption.
- Lead renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer health, engagement, and renewal planning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
- Document best practices in Salesforce and other tools.
