Responsibilities:
- Communicate BJ's B2B business model and value to new clients, connecting via various methods to understand their needs and build relationships.
- Collect and analyze client data to discern behavior, deliver promotions, and collaborate internally to facilitate client fulfillment and resolve issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred, with 1-2 years proven sales experience and bilingual skills being advantageous.
- Proven verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills to build rapport with stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to learn new processes, analyze data for insights, and keep accurate customer records while managing sales targets.
Role Overview:
- Discover and qualify potential clients from assigned prospects, quote products from BJ's assortment, and present, close, and process sales orders.
- Ensure client needs are understood and satisfied, growing quarter-over-quarter revenue and margin dollars in an assigned territory.
- Implement B2B strategies to deliver the quote-to-cash process profitably, collecting information to tailor BJ's offerings to individual client needs.
