Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maintain and grow sales.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales outreach strategies on an account-by-account basis.
- Act as the single point of contact to handle customer needs and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or technical background in drug discovery.
- Minimum 3+ years in inside sales/account management or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Information:
- Position is remote, full-time working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
