About the Role:

• You will partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities and drive technical wins for our customers.
• You will lead technical discovery and propose innovative solutions using Twilio's APIs.
• You will build customer trust through engaging demonstrations and strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex technical products or 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller able to simplify complex topics for any audience.
• You have experience with backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP) and web technologies.
