Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with National Sales Managers to build and grow profitable relationships with distributors and their agents.
  • Execute field requests for face-to-face training, webinars, in-agency training, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute call campaigns to promote Foresters Financial products and member benefits.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior Life and Annuity sales experience in financial services with strong industry product knowledge preferred.
  • Active Life & Annuity license preferred but not required; wholesaling or field development experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and willingness to travel 50-75%.
