Senior Manager, SteadyMD Workforce Optimization

Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce strategy, including long-term capacity planning, forecasting, and staffing models across clinical teams.
• Design and optimize scheduling frameworks to ensure appropriate coverage, access, and utilization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing workforce optimization team, establishing best practices and operational rigor.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling in complex, high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategic decisions and proficiency with workforce management tools.
