What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 0-2 years of experience in software systems using Java and J2EE.
- Strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving, with experience in ticket lifecycle management.
- Technical curiosity and ability to quickly absorb new concepts, including SQL, web services, and UNIX basics.
