About the role:
- Own strategic, white-glove issue resolution for Atomic's growing partner base.
- Serve as the front line for complex technical inbound requests.
Key responsibilities:
- Triage production issues, debug API integrations, and respond within SLA.
- Improve tooling, runbooks, and partner-facing documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in solutions engineering or technical support engineering.
- Strong API, SQL, Python, Datadog, and Git skills; can read Go code.
- Clear technical writing and ability to manage concurrent SLA-driven issues.
