Role Purpose:
- Lead, manage and develop the Corporate Sales function.

- Provide leadership and performance management to a team of Corporate Account Managers.
- Manage the performance and results of each team member, developing their competence.
- Recruit high-performing individuals to fill vacancies and enhance the team's quality.
Role Requirements:
- An experienced Senior Manager with experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong managerial and presentation skills.
